After carefully reviewing my credit I report I see a number of inaccuracy on my credit report. First I would like to state that I never gave Experian nor XXXX written consent to furnish anything on my report. No consent is identity theft and infringement upon my privacy. This damage my reputation with lending institutions and house associations. You didnt do your due diligence with protecting the consumer you vowed in good faith to do so. Theres 3 big violations that I was to point out 1. According to the IRS ( Internal Revenue Services ) income cant be reported as debt. 2. According to the FDCA a debt collect may not attempt to collect alleged debt in a state/county/ or city in which debt collect is not authorized to conduct business. ( See XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). These debt collector arent authorized to conduct business in Arkansas or Texas. XXXX, XXXX Acct # XXXX ( See XXXX XXXX ) -XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX acct XXXX XXXX ( See Exhibit 2 ) 3. According to the FCRA all account must thoroughly verified before report. If the name, account number or amount of the report account is incorrect then it must be removed. The account below isnt mine. The name report on the account doesnt belong to me. My name is XXXX XXXX the below account is list for someone by the name of XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX ( See XXXX XXXX ) XXXX, XXXX agreed to cease all communications see ( Notice of Cease & Desist CFPB Complaint # XXXX ). According to 15 USC 1692a ( 2 ), the term Communication means the conveying of information regarding a debt directly or indirectly to any person through medium. *This includes but is not limited to telephone calls, emails, social media, or any Consumer Report Agency.
