This is my third time reaching out to Equifax. Once again I have no know knowledge of XXXX. Im going to continuously fight this until it is completely removed from you bureau. Ive also reached out to to your bureau several times in regards to the illegal reporting from XXXX. Someone used my information illegally, my social security number, my date of birth and my name. I have reached out to you several times about this to let you know that my information was breached on several instances and that is what lead me to file an identity theft report with the FTC. How many times do I have to keep letting you guys know that XXXX is not my debt. I dont know anything about XXXX until I received a copy of my report. Please remove XXXX XXXX from my from my credit file as this is not my debt for the last and final time. has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 605 B section 2 : also states ( a ) Block.
