I have been sending written correspondence to Experian, XXXX and XXXX since XXXX of this year to try and get some help with the inaccurate information about this XXXX XXXX account. Initially, in XXXX I spoke with customer service at XXXX XXXX about the inaccuracies found on my credit report about late payments. The customer service representative told me that there was nothing they could do and that I should dispute them inaccuracies with the credit bureaus. I proceeded to reach out to the EXPERIAN, XXXX AND XXXX for assistance. It has been a total fiasco. Neither bureau has provided any records to support the information that is being reported. Each round of written correspondence would result in small changes, but newly updated inaccurate information. For example, most recently they changed a late payment in XXXX to on-time and then made a XXXX payment late. I do not know if they think this is a joke or if there is just a problem with the system, but I am very frustrated and concerned that I will not be able to get the information corrected nor the supporting documents. I have been working really hard to clear up discrepancies and have a positive payment history for the past XXXX years with this account. There are also comments that say the car was repossessed. This was during XXXX, I fell behind on the payments. The car was towed from our driveway at about XXXXXXXX XXXX and we paid and had the car back in our possession before lunchtime the very next day. I've asked XXXX XXXX and all XXXX Bureaus to possibly remove or amend the comments, but to no avail.
