Comenity bank took over for the XXXX on an XXXX XXXX card. They made an error in billing. I have called them several times and written multiple times. They do not get back to me. Instead, they bill me interest and late fees. I can prove that I am right, but I can't reach a person at Comenity who would have the authority to change/correct the statements that I receive. I have cancelled my credit card, but the dispute continues.
