MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX MY BUSINESS NAME IS XXXX XXXX MERCHANT NUMBER, XXXX XXXX I CONTACTED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH THE XXXX COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY GIVE ME A FINAL SOLUTION TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THE CLIENTS, AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO IT, I ASKED THAT THEY SEND ME A CHECK WITH THE FUNDS ALSO THEY DID NOT SEND IT TO ME, THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 2 MONTHS TO RELEASE THE FUNDS TIME PASSED AND I HAVE WAITING FOR MORE THAN 7 MONTHS AND I DID NOT THEY GIVE POSITIVE ANSWERS, I ASKED THEM IF THEIR INTENT IS TO WANT TO STEAL THE MONEY, THEY DID NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER, I NEED TO KNOW WHEN THEY WILL GIVE ME THE MONEY, AND TRIED TO WAIT CALMLY BUT I HAVE NO POSITIVE ANSWERS, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO LOOK FOR A LAWYER AND SUE THE COMPANY FOR FRAUD BEFORE A JUDGE, SINCE WHAT THEY HAVE LET ME KNOW IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INTENTION OF SENDING ME THE FUNDS TO MY POSTAL ADDRESS, NOR MAKE A REFUND TO CUSTOMERS,,
