He called about outstanding debt, wasn't sure how or why he had this information, and when we tried to clarify the information, he asked for social security and other personal information. We said we'll call back. He said ok. We did later, and he didn't know what we were talking about, and asked for our personal information again. When we said we didn't want to share that info, he told us that he's busy and needs to go and hung up on us.
