on XX/XX/XXXX I received an email saying my payment was due for {$27.00} on XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email saying my payment was 1 day past due for {$27.00} On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email saying my account is 15 days past due for {$27.00} On XX/XX/XXXX I paid the balance in full and closed the account How do I get a 30 day late payment for something paid 15 days past the due date, at most it is a late payment fee. This should not have impacted my credit I have reached out to this company before about reporting wrong and not updating balances and they froze my account. They took almost 3 months to respond and haven't responded to my message I sent over a week ago, not even a " we received your message '' respond either I have attached all proof emails from this company
