Despite multiple disputes, XXXX continues to willfully and wantonly violate the FCRA by refusing to report to every CRA that my account is DISPUTED BY CONSUMER and CLOSED BY CONSUMER. Moreover, XXXX has failed to timely report payments including my payment of {$100.00} received on XX/XX/XXXX/22. Failing to comply with the requirements to report accurate and complete data and to mark my account as CLOSED and DISPUTED constitutes 3 separate willful violations entitling me to {$3000.00} in statutory damages. On XX/XX/XXXX22, XXXX wrote stating We understand that you believe the bank is inaccurately reportingto the credit bureaus and you believe that the card should be reporting as closed per your request on or about XXXX/22Lastly, during your XX/XX/XXXX22 call you requested to close the card. As a result, our agent restricted the cardhoweverthe account will not close until the balance is paid in full. I diligently made multiple demands to close my disputed account but XXXX has illegally refused to meet its obligation to report to every CRA documenting my account as both Closed and Disputed. Clearly, I closed my account, before the normal XXXX/XXXX/22 CRA dates but XXXX knows its obligations to report my account as closed and disputed but it nonetheless intentionally violated its statutory obligations. Attached are excepts from my Experian and XXXX reports of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX.
