I had XXXX late payment during the XXXX because my XXXX XXXX webiste was down and their call center did not have enough people to answer the phones. All of my other payments have been on time. Despite this late payment happening during the height of the XXXX Experian refuses to remove the negative mark from my credit report and it has hurt my credit. Additionally I XXXX I canceled my paid membership with Experian and switched to their free version they dropped my XXXX XXXX by XXXX points with no explanation. I had no late payments no high balances on my credit cards, and no new inquiries into loans, credit cards or anything that could hurt my credit report. They only thing that changed for my credit was that I stopped using the paid memebership on Experian and they dropped my score XXXX points.
