To whom it may concern I have did a little bit more research and investigation into account XXXX XXXX XXXX I had filed many complaints and disputes against your bank regarding credit reporting and I do believe that you are in full violation of the FCRA on multiple violations and I am writing to put your office and organization on full legal notice as well as all three of the major credit reporting agencies that will be attached to this particular and my final dispute to you before taking legal action. I asked you to review on your Company letterhead dated XX/XX/XXXX in which you stated that you would notify each credit reporting agency have an update in which the law requires you to if you review the credit report the required notice of dispute is missing there was no update you fail to notify the credit bureau that the consumer dispute and you have 30 days to do so if you review the credit report Equifax shows no dispute remarks at all 2 ) if you review experience credit report you will see the last dispute was conducted and on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX as well show the last update XX/XX/XXXX based on factual information that Im providing to you today shows that you did not notify the bureaus of any investigation that I dispute it with you the law requires you to notify the bureaus within 30 days of your investigation and as you can see you fail to do so which puts you in violation of the FCRA and I order in demand you to delete this account immediately or face consequences this is not a threat this is a promise remove this immediately have the bureau send me an updated credit report showing the deletion I think you for your full cooperation but XXXX XXXX the law is clear and Im a law Biden citizen and I will continue with legal action thats why the credit bureaus has been notified on this same complaint/dispute that you are receiving right now I want it removed now I asked you to review yours full statement in your letter thats uploaded I asked that you review both credit reports dates that you failed to do your job and most importantly you failed to follow the law And please be advised that you have an active dispute that youre working on is also a violation of the FCRA and I will come after you for {$1000.00} on that one as well if the account is not moved enough is enough remove it I think you for your full cooperation and look forward for the deletion! The credit report date is at the very bottom of the page and please Acknowledge you see XXXX XXXX
