Consumer Narrative
The car is paid off and ONE MAIN will not send the release of XXXX. Instead, ONE MAIN sends me repossession letters again. Ive already had them repo the car. The letter clearly stated pay the full balance, not just past due balance, or were selling your car. If I have the car in my possession, that means they gave it back to me. That must mean I paid it off. This is extortion.
