I've had a milestone credit card which I've paid in full. I have reached out to milestone on numerous occassions in regards to the inaccuracies of this account. From which they informed me that it would be taken care of and I should see it updated on my credit report the next time they submit it to the credit reporting agencies and this was in XXXX and still nothing has changed. I have been denied credit due to this harm, because they didnt do what they promised to do. I have the updated bill stating my balance is XXXX. I'm beginning to lose faith in the banking system completely.
