To whom it may concern, I made an uninformed decision when I entered this consumer credit transaction. There was no evidence of indebtedness, the only evidence of indebtedness was the agreement but that agreement is null and void. It is null and void because I made a uniformed decision meaning that I did not understand its meaning and it was not clear and conspicuous. Reporting charge-offs on my credit report every month is defaming my character.
