For the past two years, I have been getting the run around from TransUnion regarding access to my Credit Report and Score. First, they said that you could not view my report/score because they needed to verify my identity and requested to send them copies of my social security card and driver 's license. On XX/XX/2021, I sent them the requested information and a summary of the issue. Since then, I have called TransUnion several times to follow up, and every time I call, they give me a run-around and send me from department to department only to tell me, " we are working to resolve the issue, and someone will be in touch within 72 hours. '' However, nothing gets done, and no one calls me back. TransUnion has so much power over my creditworthiness and financial life. But, unfortunately, they are not reliable nor a responsible party to have this privilege. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to address this problem as soon as possible.
