On XX/XX/2022 I contacted them for the 5th time about a replacement card because the card has my mother 's last name XXXX when my name is XXXX XXXX I've had problems in the past using it because of this when my ID says XXXX XXXX not only that when I first got the card there was an online purchase for a bike and I called and told them they never did anything on the matter on top of the high interest charges and {$12.00} a month maintenance fees that I was never told about that I signed on it I asked for evidence no answer I paid off the card and still get a maintenance fee charge when my balance is XXXX XXXX.an individual does that aand goes to jail how is it that they can get away with that? I still haven't gotten a replacement card either paid for something I never got and on top horrendous interest charges and fees.They are very rude and unprofessional and can't understand what they say either and it's been well over a year that I have called them about the charge and nothing and a few months and more than 4 times on the replacement card and nothing but they sure are quick to charge that maintenance fee
