Hi! We were approved for HAF with payments to start XX/XX/XXXX. They have made two payments to Ameris Bank XXXX # XXXX. Ameris states they did not receive any payments from HAF. HAF states there was two payments sent with the first on XX/XX/XXXX and another on XX/XX/XXXX. I have spoken multiple times with HAF to no avail. Ameris continues to say they haven't received it. In the meantime, our mortgage was transferred to Truist effective XX/XX/XXXX which I have notified them of multiple times and even called to verify they had the correct information. What recourse do I have as I am stuck in the middle of this mess? HAF states they have sent proof of payment to Ameris Bank. To make a long story short, we are missing two payments that Ameris has received that should be forwarded to XXXX Bank XXXX # XXXX. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!
