I went to XXXX XXXX and bought a used XXXX XXXXXXXX. Walking into the facility, I was already approved by XXXX for an auto loan. All I had to do was get the total estimate and they would write the check and one day ship it to the dealership. When I was sitting in the seat, I got a notification and it said my credit had been ran. I asked the XXXX XXXX about it and he said oh we run it one time just incase your check doesnt go through.After a couple of weeks, I receive a letter in the mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying I was denied a loan from the dealership when I was never financing through them and had a loan. And then I had 2 hard inquiries on my credit report.
