I ordered a replacement credit card on XX/XX/XXXX. The rep said it would go out the next day and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. After XXXX I called to see why I hadn't received it yet. The rep said they were having shipping delays and I'd receive it in 2-3wks from XX/XX/XXXX. I called the following week to get tracking and was advised that no cared had been shipped. I requested a manager who told me that I would not receive my card until XX/XX/XXXX. I called a week later, last week, to see if I could get another card overnighted to me or be told what the initial replacement card number was. I have several auto payments coming out of the account that have been rejected due to me not receiving a replacement card. I have no other source to meet these payment obligations. When the rep told me no, I requested a supervisor. This supervisor advised me that there was no record of me calling and speaking to any supervisor. I requested that the security dept call me back so that they could give me my new acct number. The supervisor told me that someone would call me back in 1-2days. I called back yesterday, a week later begging the supervisor for some type of accommodation to help me with the XXXX in fees that have accumulated due to the negligence of ASPIRE. She said she would research and call me today.
