I was told at my appointment XX/XX/2021 that this amount had been either paid by insurance or written off and I have a statement from the provider that shows a XXXX balance. Now, a year later, this " TekCollect '' company out of nowhere says that I owe this amount. There is much more detail in the attached statement of what has occurred. TekCollect flagged my credit report with unpaid debt FOUR DAYS after the first telephone call to me and they have not returned my phone call to get this resolved. My credit score has gone down XXXX points due to this.
