Please be aware of information on my consumer report is inaccurate!. I have tried to mail XXXX XXXX and Experian on 3 different occasion starting XX/XX/XXXX. I have asked to validate these accounts as I do not know of any of these accounts and XXXX was the only one whom responded and stated someone may be working in my favor. I was upset to have waited this long for them to tell me they need proof it is me. When I included a cop of my id along with proof of my address. in XXXX I asked them to reinvestigate and in XX/XX/XXXX I asked them to again reinvestigate and expressed my final warning, no one as return my calls or neither did I get any correspondence to my mail. I asked several times to validate verify XXXX THERE ARE SEVERAL LISTED IN MY CONSUMER REPORT, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXY UPSET THIS IS AFFECTING MY CONSUMER REPORT! on 3 different occasions the bureaus have failed to respond to me and making me wait and suffer with getting declined for credit. I think this is unfair and should be deleted for reporting inaccurate information.i have read some of the laws and these accounts fall under them and by default should not be on my consumer report! THEY ARE ALL REPORTING, FALSE INACCURATE INFORMATION AND HOW CAN YOU DO THIS DURING A PANDEMIC. Delete this for failure to respond over 90 days! here are just some of he laws I read that is showing on my consumer report! Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i Paragraph ( 5 ) any information disputed by a consumer an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete 15 US CODE 1681e ( b ) Compliance Procedures Maximum Possible Accuracy 15USC1692f ( 1 ). Unfair Practices Under 15 USC 1692e. False or misleading representations Under 15 USC 1692g. Validation of debts please see all my letters send on my behalf and no one has ever responded nor called me!
