XX/XX/XXXX I seen a XXXX ad that said apply for a secured card with no hard credit inquiry I fill it out then it directed me to the application then I get denied and a hard inquiry on my credit I called an ask what happen they said I did a application I told them I filled out the one for soft inquiries and it directed me to the application process so I was thinking I got approved but they said theres nothing they can do about removing the inquiry
