I have asked the credit bureau to do a verification on my credit report. They did it and stated everything were accurate on them. However, i did a thorough research myself and find improper inaccuracies on my credit report even tough after they did, their verification. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX account # XXXX account # XXXX and account # XXXX, has violated my right. 15 U.S.C 1681 602 A stated i have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
