My accounts were hacked I filed dispute with Venmo they sent me email to send in ID which I did and immediately got email saying they closed my account and will release my {$1100.00} after XXXX months. It's XXXX and I can't pay my rent now. We're going to be evicted and Venmo doesn't care. They are making money off others money for XXXX months how's this legal? If you close my account fine but I need my money my sons in XXXX and I can't even get gas now to go to hospital. Email is attached that I received saying to send in photo ID to have account unfrozen. How's it fair that I file dispute and me the customer is penalized for it. Seems like retaliation to me for filing dispute
