I was told by XXXX I was given a loan via my bank. I do not have a bank nor had one. I had in past 5 years gotten loans from them only in person and paid them all. I got a text saying I got a loan and had a payment due the same day. When I called them I was told money went to my bank. I had no bank. I complained to experian who told me it's accurate. It is not. Now I see payments were made except not by me. Please fix this. I've worked for 3 years and haven't been late on one of my XXXX credit cards and now it's ruined and experian can't tell me who's acct it is or who's making pymnts. Please help me.
