Equifax has REFUSED to properly take care of this issue. AGAIN, attached is HARD-PROOF and and FTC complaint showing my dispute of these debts IN-WRITING! XXXX is at fault, but Equifax is equally at fault for allowing a simple " response '' to suffice for validity of a debt from a group when I provide a real dispute response? Is Equifax getting some kind of payment from them for doing this and adversely affecting my credit? These are the only things negative on my report so does Equifax make money for hurting my score? Whichever the case, I am tried of dealing with this.
