I have contacted all three credit agencies concerning XXXX XXXX for years now after disputing that I did not have any late payments. Not knowing much about credit and fraud at that time. Now I study the consumer laws to help myself get back what I was trying to achieve with credit. I sent XXXX XXXX many letters to rescind and opt out because of Identity reason and they did not give me that disclosure in BOLD letters giving me the option to opt out. Also this company created fake accounts around XXXX and now doing illegal transactions once again. Attaching my letters which was sent to the agencies. Notice ; I am opting out with the notice of right to rescind. XXXX XXXX never gave me that right, a creditor shall deliver two copies of the notice of the right to rescind and shall identify the transaction or occurrence and clearly and conspicuously disclose the ONE to FIVE above. This is my RIGHTS. 6801. Protection of nonpublic personal information ( a ) Privacy obligation policy 1681b. Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) In general - Subject to subsection ( c ), ( 1 ) ( 2 ) This letter is in good conscience because I did not give anyone permission to report any of my information. They took my information and transferred it to a non-affiliate third party without my permission and created the profile that supposed to represent me the consumer that which I did not approve of.
