The representative claimed they forwarded it to the fraudulent specialist but I was never contacted. I XXXX XXXX again contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The supervisor stated to me that there where going to forward my complaint to the fraudulent team. No one ever gave me a call or send me mail to my home.I XXXX XXXX again contacted XXXX bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Finally on XX/XX/XXXX am email was sent to my email stating that XXXX XXXX sent my concerns to the fraudulent team. I am still waiting!
