XX/XX/XXXX I entered into a fixed rate loan note with WELLS FARGO for {$35000.00}. I received the funds on XX/XX/XXXX. My first payment was due between XX/XX/XXXX through the XXXX, XXXX. During the life of the loan, the Lender changed not only the terms of the note, but also the specific details, such as the payment of {$320.00} is to be paid in equal amounts of principal and interest, which related to 1/300th of the monthly amount owed towards the principal amount of {$35000.00} loaned, with the apr in the truth and lending disclosure interest to be the same 1/300th of the total interest owed. The fixed monthly payment of {$320.00} was to be due in between the 15th of the month through the 25th with a late fee of 5 % of the monthly amount if received late. I made my payments per the terms set forth ; However, Wells Fargo, changed the terms to give them an unfair advantage, which damaged my credit, caused me financial loss at the closing of my home, and Wells Fargo completely washed their hands of any wrongdoing even though they were shown supporting proof that my payments were within the terms of my loan, and that for years they damaged my credit so deeply by changing it with the 3 bureaus practically every other month, that my insurance rates went up, credit rates, etc. to where I was not a good risk to refinance until I finally sold my home. I am still in disagreement to the amount that they demanded at closing from me ; they need to be investigated. I have for years dealt with showing proof to Wells Fargo and being told " too bad '', our investigation is right. Please allow me to share the unfair tactics, losses and deception involving this experience to date.
