I did not receive a letter from Credit Collection Services stating I can dispute this item. When it appeared on my credit report I disputed it and they verified it and placed a disputed note on my credit report. I do not owe the debt collection agency because they purchased this account and that is against the law. This is causing me financial distress. Please prosecute them to the full extent of the law. Be advised that your claim is disputed, and validation and proof of claim of the disputed debt are requested in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692 and as amended by adding the following new Title 8 USC 802 et seq., and the Fair Credit Billing Act, 15 USC. 1666 et seq.
