I am appalled at their continued unethical, immoral attempts to collect alleged amounts of a debt that we have discussed for 15 years and I dont believe I owe and cant pay. I have applied for forgiveness so we are waiting. They know all of this. It has been a while then today on XXXX XXXX I received a threatening letter. Any debt I owe is due to them misguiding me and they admitted years ago I should have filled out different paperwork. They were only to send emails no phone calls and no letters.this is documented and they always have my correct email. So they broke the agreement and I believe that means I do not have to make any further efforts. I filed a report with XXXX as well.
