I process the payment again which is twice the payment by XXXX. I am getting calls about payment repeatedly. This loan is paid in full. account # XXXX. I mailed documents to the Corporate office on XX/XX/2022 with notices of cease and desist, remedy letter, letter to creditor, and conditional acceptance. This loan was paid in full twice.
