Consumer Narrative
My problem with Wells Fargo started I believe around 2019, when I first went to grad school I was getting random fees and found out it was because I had a low amount of money in either my checkings/savings ( I don't remember which one ). Since I was a XXXX and didn't have a solid income, I was getting random fees and was forced to close my savings account to avoid further fees and just have one checking account. These fees came out of the blue and it was hard to find a customer service rep to help me while I was overseas at grad school.
