XX/XX/XXXX Equifax Most recently on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a complaint to Equifax in regards to a incorrect reporting on my credit report. this debit is not mine. so how can they have validated this debit. i still have not received a response from the creditor or any supporting documents from equifax in regards to this debit beside a credit report updated that list the debit as accurate. its is a false reporting and equifax has not fixed it. i was giving no knowledge of this debit before it was placed on my credit report. My primary complaint in all of this is Equifax, none of this would have happened if my personal information had not been part of their data breach, and now they are making it very difficult to correct an incident of identity theft. Equifax 's customer service is a brick wall that is impenetrable. I spent an hour on the phone on with 4 different operators, one of whom 's English was so bad it was obvious she was guessing what I was saying and then reading prompts from a script. The other credit agencies have been very easy to work with ( XXXX AND XXXX ) but when I speak to their customer service agents, they inform me that the incorrect information was given to them via Equifax 's records, so only an Equifax investigation will result in the information being removed. I have full faith and credit from the department of state. See Im attached documents I want all negative items and hard inquiries removed from my report. 15 U.S. Code 1692e, 15 U.S. Code 1692f, 15 U.S. Code 1692g, hjr 192 public law 73-10, 12 U.S. Code 411. Article 1 section 10 United States America republic constitution 12 U.S. Code 411. Issuance to reserve banks ; nature of obligation ; redemption Article 1 section 10 United States America republic constitution I also have soft and hard inquiries on my Consumer report from several entities that I did not authorize, I have to filed an FTC report with identitytheft.gov Please remove these unauthorized inquiries as well as invalid accounts from my equifax, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX reports. The accounts and inquiries I do not recognize ot authorize are as follows : Accounts - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights.
