I FILED A IDENTITY THEFT, FRAUD COMPLAINT RE : INCORRECT INFORMATION BEING REPORTED ON MY CREDIT PROFILE, TO ALL XXXX REPORTING AGENCIES ON XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, XXXX & EQUIFAX. I ALSO SPOKE AT LENGTH WITH IDENTITY THEFT RESOLUTION XXXX XXXX, @ XXXX, AND I'LL INCLUDE HIS EMAIL TO ME POST OUR CONVERSATION ON XX/XX/XXXX. I RECEIVED MAIL CORRESPONDENCE ON XX/XX/XXXX, WHICH I'LL ALSO INCLUDE, SHOWING THEIR FULL INVESTIGATORY RESULTS PER THE DEROGATORY ACCOUNT AS WELL AS OTHER DISPUTES I PRESENTED TO THEM. XXXX 'S EMAIL TO ME MEMORIALIZING OUR CALL POPULATED MY INBOX AT XXXX. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY HE NOR HIS TEAM CONDUCTED A THOROUGH, FAIR, XXXX, RESOLUTION FOCUSED INVESTIGATION OF MY COMPLAINT NOR THE LEDGER OF DISPUTES I PROVIDED THEM IN LESS THAN XXXX HOURS. SPECIFICALLY SPEAKING TO MY FRAUD COMPLAINT RE : THE BELOW ENTITY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I'VE SPOKEN TO XXXX XXXX XXXX NO LESS THAN XXXX TIMES. I'VE ISSUED MY COMPLAINT TO EVERY DEPARTMENT IN THEIR BUILDING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACCOUNTS, DISPUTES, FRAUD, AND RECOVERY TO NAME A FEW. I WAS TOLD RECOVERY WAS THE FINAL STEP AND IF THEY DIDN'T FIND THE ACCOUNT UNDER MY PERSON OR SSN, THEN THEY WOULD BE THE ONES TO DISPUTE WITH THE REPORTING BUREAUS ON MY BEHALF. THEY DID EXACTLY THAT WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO. XXXX 'S INVESTIGATION OF THE XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT IS " STILL PENDING '' AND THE PROJECTED COMPLETION DATE IS XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX REASSURED ME THAT THEY'VE PROVIDED CORRESPONDENCE IN ALIGNMENT WITH A DISPUTE TO ALL THREE REPORTING AGENCIES STATING THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED ACCOUNT SHOULD BE REMOVED. I BELIEVE THEM. THEY ARE ANNOYED WITH ME CALLING AT THIS POINT. IT WOULD SEEM RATHER SIMPLE FOR XXXX AND/OR XXXX OF HIS COLLEAGUES TO PLACE AN IMMEDIATE CALL TO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GIVEN THE GRAVITY OF A FRAUD COMPLAINT - APPROACH THAT WITH EVEN MORE IMMEDIACY THAN THEY DID HARDLY BOTHERING REACHING OUT TO THE VENDORS OF THE LIST OF DISPUTES I PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO THE FRAUD COMPLAINT. THEY HAVE A DUTY UNDER LAW TO REPORT CORRECT & TRUE INFORMATION. PURSUANT TO U.S.C. 1681C-2, BLOCK OF INFORMATION RESULTING FROM IDENTITY THEFT, A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY SHALL BLOCK THE REPORTING OF ANY INFORMATION IN THE FILE OF A CONSUMER THAT THE CONSUMER IDENTIFIES AS INFORMATION THAT RESULTED FROM AN ALLEGED IDENTITY THEFT, NOT LATER THAN 4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTHER THE DATE OF RECEIPT BY SUCH AGENCY OF ( 1 ) APPROPRIATE PROOF OF THE IDENTITY FO THE CONSUMER - COMPLETE ( 2 ) A COPY OF AN IDENTITY THEFT REPORT - COMPLETE ( 3 ) THE IDENTIFICATION OF SUCH INFORMATION BY THE CONSUMER ; AND - COMPLETE ( 4 ) A STATEMENT BY THE CONSUMER THAT THE INFORMATION IS NOT INFORMATION RELATING TO ANY TRANSACTION BY THE CONSUMER - COMPLETE NOT ONLY HAVE THE 4 DAYS COME AND GONE, THEY'VE DECIDED TO TAKE THEIR OWN SWEET TIME, WHEN I'VE HAD TO PLACE A FRAUD ALERT ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS ALSO AN INCONVENIENCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT EQUIFAX XXXX XXXX HAVE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS. COMPLETELY IGNORED MY OUTREACH AND MY CREDIT PROFILE PER THEIR RESPECTIVE REPORTING IS ALL OVER THE PLACE - NAME, ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, ACCOUNTS, AND INQUIRIES. THESE AGENCIES HAVE A DUTY BY LAW TO ENGAGE MYSELF, THE CONSUMER, IN A FAIR AND EQUITABLE WAY. THE LACK OF RESPECT IN EVEN RESPONDING IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND MY CREDIT IS SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THEIR WILLFUL NEGLIGENCE AND MISHANDLING OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IDENTITY.
