Good morning, To whom it may concern, during the holidays we can all agree that money plays a big role in our lives. Gifts are not the only expense during the late months of XXXX in fact rent is due on the first a week right after. Capital One makes it impossible to enjoy and be stress free during these months which should be joyful and full of gratitude by not providing the customers with our deposits from work until the following day that the business is open. So for instance XXXX XXXX falls on Saturday this year followed by XXXX XXXX on Sunday. Normally, Capital one deposits checks that are officially made available to customers by Saturday early morning around XXXX am unfortunately if its a holiday then the money will not be available till Tuesday the earliest day possible. Plenty other banks understand about human decency and are compassionate enough to deposit and make checks available a day in advance due to holidays obstructing regular payments on specific days. Im just not understanding why must I panic and put my life on hold because a company as such is just so selfish and careless enough to not look out for its customers by finding a solution to fix this problem. I have spent up to 4 days crying during holidays every year in which I was unable to even buy lunch if I wanted to because of not having money in my account. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and its a struggle for me and Im sure plenty of others from all different ages to financially make ends meet and even more horrific during times I shouldnt be. A change definitely needs to be made.
