I have notification back from the bankruptcy courts that states they never provided my information to a third party reporting agency and under the Privacy Law of 1974, Under 15 USC 1681 a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( iii ) a consumer must be given a chance to direct weather information about a transaction should be reported, ( opt out law ) any authorization they believe they have they no longer have.Lexus nexus, XXXX XXXX, Equifax and XXXX has violated my right to privacy by furnishing private information without my written consent, I would like the unauthorized negative report to be removed in XXXX days with a copy of all XXXX reports showing the removal according to the law.
