I am submitting this CFPB complaint to follow up the previous CFPB complaint I submitted requesting that you remove the disputed fraudulent accounts and information off from my Credit File. I sent a letter on XX/XX/2022, to remove the fraudulent accounts that are UNKNOWN to me. I came across this law today and according to the Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) you are required to remove any accounts and information not later than XXXX business days after the ( date of the Previous letter ). Ive already included this in my previous Complaints & I am including it again.
