Legally my loans are past the statue of limitations. I haven't been able to repay most of them for over 8 years and in the state of Oregon this puts these loans past the point of being able to collect on. I have 4 loans through navient that are private/ consolidated. They have been sent to collections and I still recieve calls and emails which is in my understanding illegal.
