Consumer Narrative
Equifax has completely failed to respond to any of my questions are statements made I. My previous complaint. Instead they trie to validate the records which is not the issue at hand. The issue is the validity of their ability to report anything to the credit bureaus without my express consent and wet paper inked signature. Again I will reintegrate. 1. If my signature is on file giving creditor the explicit consent to furnished extremely detailed reports to consumer reporting agency I would like to receive a copy of that document for my review. 1.a. If said document can not be provided within 15 days these alleged late payments should be removed expeditiously. Please read up on 15 USC 1681 Section 602 which states the consumer has the right to privacy. Creditor is not allowed to disclose detailed information to a consumer reporting agency without express written consent. 1. b. Please provide written consent with a signature under consumer law where the consumer has agreed to the violation of said rights. 1. c. If they can not provide this request document with consumer verified signature expressing full consent their claims become fruit from the poisonous tree and all transactions therefore after are thus illegal activity. Which are fraudulent activities. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 1. d. I demand that company provide this proof immediately as of today, failure to do so may arise in legal action against company for failing to provide authentication of consent in their furnishings. 2.a. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. It is illegal for the creditors report ANY detailed activities on my credit report. Creditor is only allowed to furnish information on whether a not a transaction was opened or closed. Any other information provided is a direct violation of said consumer law. Late payments are defined as detailed information and goes against consumer law codes. I never gave creditor consent to furnish any information not protected under consumer law. I will provide the attached documents where they did not directly answer any of my questions. Instead they tried to straw hat my argument. I will not tolerate that level of disrespect. I will continue to fight for my express rights!
