On Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, I withdrew {$200.00} from a prepaid card at a Commerce Bank ATM and received XXXX {$50.00} bills. I immediately used my Commerce Bank debit card to deposit these funds into my checking account. The machine malfunctioned and gave me a receipt stating that there was an error processing the request and to call the Customer Service number for the bank. I called the number while at the ATM and spoke with a gentleman who advised that it would take 3 days for the bank to investigate. On Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called the Customer Service number for an updated stated and was advised that it could take up to 10 days for the investigation to be complete and that if I have any questions, to visit the branch. I went directly to the branch and spoke with an assistant manager, who said that she would try to have the {$200.00} deposited into my account and that she would call me by end of day. I did not receive a call from her and the funds have not been deposited into my account.
