I requested the description to Transunion Because the account XXXX XXXX is reporting innacurate information to all bureaus. This company said they reinvestigated this account as accurate but they failed to provide documentation of the procedures they took to validate this account, I would like cfpb to step in because this credit reporting agency its violating my rights. 15 USC 1681i ( 7 ) A consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer a description referred to in paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) by not later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer for that description.
