Chime closed my account on XX/XX/2022 saying I wasnt in compliant with its internal policies and the member agreement executed at enrollment. I have over {$1600.00} in my savings account with chime and about {$30.00} in my checking. After sending over documents to prove my identity several different times I received an email stating that they closed my account and I would receive and check with any money that was in my savings and checking within XXXX of the account closing. Its now the XXXX of XXXX and still nothing, Ive called multiple times and they keep saying the same thing which is to wait to receive and update email from chime support I explained to them that Ive reached out to chime support on XX/XX/XXXX and all I keep getting is automated messages its just ridiculous.
