According to the Federal law, I have a rights to an Fair and Accurate consumer credit report.You have failed to do so. Im demanding to know HOW DID YOU VALIDATE, VERIFY, this Debt by Federal law. Every month SOME companies are reporting newer accounts on my consumer report. This is damaging to my FICO score continues artificially. Show me physical contractual agreements with the reporting companies? According : FCRA. FCDPA if not remove immediately. Violation of Section 807 15 USC 1692e Violation of Section 805 15 USC 1692C ( b ) Violation of Section 809 15 USC 1692g You have not provided me with Any Original signed contract agreements in PLACE with me and these Companies, nor any type of written permission to communicate with me. Yet they are Reporting on my credit report, which isa form of communication.I have also file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission about this reporting abuse to my consumer report.
