On XX/XX/2022 I provided a payment voucher to XXXX XXXX for lab work. The payment voucher was provided by XXXX XXXX. The voucher was accepted by the lab technician. In XXXX I received a bill from XXXX XXXX for {$370.00}. I reached out to XXXX XXXX and spent the next XXXX months trying to get confirmation that a voucher had been provided to me for XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2022 I received confirmation from XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX that " confirmation has been received that the account has been updated and your account should reflect a XXXX balance within XXXX business days. '' I did not receive additional billing from XXXX so believe the bill had been paid. On XX/XX/2022, XXXX XXXX sent me to collections with Radius Global Solutions. On XX/XX/2022 I received a collection notice from Radius Global Solutions. On XX/XX/2022 I sent an email to XXXX XXXX asking for documentation that XXXX XXXX had been paid. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX has not replied to that email. On XX/XX/2022 I called XXXX XXXX. XXXX was not available but I spoke with a different representative who said they were going to put a request in to billing for confirmation. I called XXXX XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX as I had not received a response. I spoke with XXXX XXXX who said their billing department had been in contact with XXXX XXXX and were waiting for them to send confirmation. She was unable to provide me payment confirmation. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Radius Global Solutions and disputed the charge. I also sent an email to the dispute department and include XXXX and XXXX in the email, asking them to provide confirmation of payment. I want to report both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for financial negligence. I used a voucher 5 months ago and continued to be harassed for payment by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXXXXXX has not done due diligence to ensure payment has been received and reflected on my account.
