Please see complaint # XXXX. Wells Fargo 's response was to tell me that I " did not have authority to act on XXXX 's behalf ''. HOWEVER, I included the XXXX and Letters of XXXX that grant me that authority in the complaint itself. Were these forwarded to Wells Fargo?. How can this complaint be closed when they have NOT responded to the core issue? Please attach all information from the above referenced complaint and open a new complaint ( or re-open the old one ). Someone has to hold these banks accountable for their inactions which are costing seniors billions of dollars every year. Respectfully, XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX
