Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX. I noticed Thursday XX/XX/2022 these accounts that I have listed have been opened using my personal information. I am requesting the following accounts be removed from my credit report. I am a victim of identity theft. I did not make any of these charges. The last few years Ive had to jump around a lot from place to place because I was not in the best place mentally and that led to me becoming unstable in other areas in my life. See, I lost my girlfriend a few years ago and she was XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXt and that turned my world upside down. I stayed from place to place wherever I could and my personal information was stolen in the midst of it all. Please delete these items as soon as possible. I reached out to the companies and they have done nothing at all to help me!
