XX/XX/XXXX Santader Consumer USA changed the term of my loan without my knowledge or consent and did this based on the dealer submitting XXXX separate forged loan documents. XX/XX/XXXX I notified Santander of my assertion of dealer fraud and Santanders responsibility to me if I suspected dealer abuse and fraud. I informed Santander that I never signed the loan document nor did I agree to the purchase of the back end ancillary products added to the loan contract. I requested copies of these documents from both the dealer and Santander. The dealer has yet to provide the documents and Santander finally sent me a copy of the loan documents on XX/XX/XXXX. After reviewing them it is obvious that they were forged because I never signed them. I reminded Santander of the permanent injunction that Santander was violating and begged them to work with me. XX/XX/XXXX I removed the authorization for auto pay from the external accounts associated with my loan. I did this online and over the phone. Santander ignored this request and XXXX payments were taken from XXXX different accounts XXXX of which was my business account which forced it to close. From XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX I emailed, called and wrote Santander regarding the inability to make the payments and the loan was in default. XX/XX/XXXX Santander repossessed my car but the tow truck driver failed to provide me with the documents for a legal repossession. XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from someone claiming to be from the XXXXXXXX XXXX. This person told me that they sent out a copy of the loan document and the deficiency notice required by law. To date I have not received anything from Santander. It is my assertion that Santander bought this loan from the dealership with forged signatures, changed the term of the loan and withdrew money from XXXX checking accounts that were unauthorized and not legal. I also assert that Santander violated the class action permanent injunction dated XX/XX/XXXX were Santander must watch out for signs of dealer abuse and re evaluate all loans if they default within a certain time.
