My Capital one bank360 Spark business checking has a balance of negative $ - XXXX and my savings has only XXXX cents my transfer deposits XX/XX/XXXX {$1500.00} and same time anorher {$1500.00} deposit to my business checking totaling to {$3000.00} but because of the negative {$220.00} balance posted Reduced which i expect to {$2700.00} they hold my account force me to call the bank and told me they gon na closed my business checking and they will send my checking account balance through a check. Then XXXX I deposited {$770.00} and {$400.00} into my savings account after they Closed my checking account for some reason savings account balance was {$1700.00} and stays the same for months by XX/XX/2022 I am withdrawing {$1700.00} but I type in wrong amount I typed in {$1100.00} instead of {$1700.00} so I quickly hit withdraw again entering {$600.00} XXXX this but at the same time the screen of my phone is as someone controlling the system and sudden cause which kead to disappearance of my {$600.00} XXXX dollars and when I called... they lie by saying my total balance is only {$1100.00} surely it's a lie because it's been {$1700.00}. For months XXXX XXXX XXXX I know for the fact of countless log in log out and it is my money period .I know how much my saving they stole the {$600.00} it disappeared in front me while in a process of my XXXX withdrawal seconds apart from the first attempt was a success withdrawal but wrong amount while I was in the process of transferring {$600.00} XXXX this XXXX time remember the first withdrawal was a success but I put in the wrong amount and in the XXXX withdrawal suddenly it disappeared the amount you can't find any traces of {$600.00} is gone. They stole it honestly saying here in CFPB.
