Hello, I have had my mortgage since XXXX. In that time it has been transferred a few times to other mortgage servicers with no issue. I was notified on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX that my mortgage company United Wholesale Mortgage would be transferring my mortgage to XXXX and would be subserviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX beginning XX/XX/XXXX. The transfer happened and I began being serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. During the time of transfer I was on a Covid forbearance and I am still on a forbearance plan until XXXX of XXXX with my new servicer. I received a message two days ago from XXXX XXXX advising that my credit score was decreasing and there was a new inquiry. I have noticed since the transfer that my credit score has continually decreased and I could not figure out why. I checked XXXX XXXX and it shows that I have two mortgages. One with United Wholesale Mortgage and one with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with balances of almost XXXX XXXX dollars. This is completely incorrect. I have one mortgage and because there are two showing up it has destroyed my XXXX XXXX. My XXXX score was at close to XXXX and is now showing on XXXX as XXXX and XXXX is showing XXXX which is very disconcerting to me. I work very hard to pay all of bills on time and this is ruining what I have worked so hard for. I want this corrected and for my credit to show that I have one mortgage.
