Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am not a credit doctor ; I am a natural human being, and a consumer who understands his rights in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practice act. I am contacting you regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, disputing inquiries they placed in my credit file that I am a victim of identity theft, and they were to block any fraudulent information they provide to the credit bureaus. In my correspondence with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, my letter included my request for validation and deletion of the inquiries, and I enclosed sufficient proof of identity and relevant documents to verify who I am, and that I am a victim of identity theft. My initial letter sent certified mail ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/2022 and another letter by U.S. mail dated XX/XX/2022 which was my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I emailed them information XX/XX/2022, after speaking with one of their representative on XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ext. XXXX ), which was the last communication of any sort with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received two letters from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, both dated XX/XX/2022, three months later, which is well outside the time allotted to respond to consumer disputes according to the FCRA. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has not provided any information I requested neither have they provided competent documentation bearing my signature, nor have they provided any relevant documentation. As a consumer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is violating my rights, including but not limited to 15 USC 1681b ( c ) Fair Credit Reporting Act : Section602 ( A ) my Right to Privacy Section604 ( 2 ) Furnishing information Without Written Instruction Section 605 ( B ) Not Blocking Information on my credit report that is fraudulent Section 611 Not responding/ completing an investigation within 30 days Defamation Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud Violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act Supporting documents related to this complaint are attached and uploaded to CFPB website as of the date of this communication.
